The Party Hot-Shot This Summer….

Not only is Gisborne the first place in the world too see the sun, it is now home to the worlds 2^nd best New Year getaway as voted by British newspaper giant ‘The Guardian’. Now in it’s 6^th year, Rhythm and Vines has a lot to celebrate! With the expansion into a three day festival and a magnificent line-up set to rock the Waiohika Valley between December 29^th 08 & January 1^st 09, I’m sure every festival veteran and virgin will be New Year hungry right about now!!!

Personally I think that the line up speaks for itself! Its so funny to hear from inside sources in the New Zealand music industry that BDO 09 are freaking out that this could be the last year for them in New Zealand if their offering isn’t reviewed!! I mean when I heard this I totally agreed, what does BDO have that Rhythm and Vines doesn’t already and Rhythm and Vines do it so much better!!!

You get the whole ‘Kiwi Summer Experience’ the road trip, the week of camping, beach bodies, BBQ’s, great entertainment and an amazing New Year festival!! Yeeeeooow!!
