Pony love…

I have been meaning to do a blog on here for ages and the final motivational factor were these photos of a newborn stallion.  Believe it or not I am completely obsessed with ponies.  Miniature ponies specifically and I ask for one for my birthday and christmas every year.  Anyhow this is a newborn offspring of Taskin, a Gypsy Stallion owned by Villa Vanners in Oregon.  These pictures were right after his birth on April 6…the mare laid down and then he trotted around and crawled right up into her lap.  AMAZING!

In berlin fixies are illegal. the cops have a new rule that says they are a “WEAPON”, and the police president has a garage full of confiscated $2000 eur bikes…!

New shoes…

Me and Ash scored some sweet new shoes yesterday at a secret spot in the outskirts of Welly. The secret spot is a shoe store that closed down over a year ago but is still sitting in the same spot full with the mess and chaos of hundreds of shoe boxes, dust and lots of single shoes mixed up in piles all over the place. We searched the shop for about 2 hours, going through most of the boxes in the back rooms, hunting for the goodies! Here is what we found  (and yep those are GEL lite III’s, “boat boots” and OG Jordan’s from ‘93′…

Sydney Travels…

This was my last trip to Sydney a few months back…

For some reason i never clicked the “POST” button on this, ohhhh well, here it is, better late than never. I stayed out in Manly with some old homies right on the beach which was super sick.  I was supposed to be in Sydney to see a bunch of ranges for GAG, but appointments either got cancelled becuase of delays in sample production, or product had got stuck in customs… But it was all good, the weather ruled and the beer was cold…

This years party was epic!!!

Last year Good As Gold and Neon Sleep had a pool party and it was rad, so this year they did it again, but in the middle of summer because last time it was freezing cold at the end of summer.  There were 300 people this year, open invite, first in first to party.  Races, underwater dance floor, free drinks, yummy food, and good times all round!!!

We got naked and hung out with some naked Germans…

One of the highlights of our travels was this sweet spot on the river in Berlin. We got lost trying to find it for about 3 hours in the freezing cold and rain, but it was well worth it.

Its called the WINTER BADESCHIFF and  its this amazing sauna / pool / bar / massage place, you just pay to get in and can spend as long as ya like hanging and chilling in the different zones, the whole thing is floating on the freezing river .

In the summer they take the roof off and everybody just chills in the sun and swims,  its the best!
